**ALL SPACES ARE 30 X 30. **

The NEW Creekside Tailgating area is now available! Located in a prime location on the west side of Floyd Casey Stadium, off of the main entrance off Valley Mills, this is the perfect spot to hold your pre-game football hospitality event. Reservations are now being accepted online or by calling Baylor Athletic Marketing at 254-710-8110.

Tent Options

Floyd Casey Stadium, its parking lots and the tent locations which are the subject of this contract are located on private property owned by Baylor University. The tent locations are provided in order to provide a venue for entertainment and hospitality prior to, during or after the athletic event. Sale or distribution of alcohol is prohibited. Commercial activity, including the sale of food or concession items is prohibited. Engaging in prohibited activity, any political campaign activity (including display of campaign signage), civil demonstrations, or any behavior deemed by Baylor University in its sole discretion to present a risk to the health, safety or welfare of others attending the athletic event are grounds for immediate termination of this license by Baylor University. In the event Baylor University terminates the license under this paragraph all fees paid to Baylor University will be retained by Baylor. You also acknowledge that you are financially responsible for any damage done to the tent(s) or Baylor property, normal wear and tear excepted, caused by you or your guests.

  • Payment is due in FULL prior to game day unless other arrangements have been made.
  • All groups tailgating are subject to the rules and regulations of Baylor University.
  • Parking is not included in this price and there is not parking in this area
  • Items can be dropped off in the area up to 2 hours prior to game time. After that, access to the area by vehicle will not be allowed.
